Due to the nature of all of our handmade natural products and its natural ingredients, we cannot accept returns once purchases are made. All sales are final . Damages done by your mail carrier should be resolved by filing a claims with the carrier directly. If there by any chance you are having an issue with your mail carrier, please notify us directly by email and we will assist you in getting the proper response and resolution to any issues within 24-48 hours.
We want to assure your ultimate satisfaction, so if you find that your order was received with defective packaging compromising the integrity of your product - you may send us an email to email@example.com for us to offer a solution.

Since all AEO LLC products are handmade and fresh to order, the processing time is within 24-72 hours Monday - Friday (Business days only). All "HOLIDAY" orders may occur later shipping delays on processed orders. Orders are shipped in bulk not single orders.
All orders placed on Friday at the end of the business day will be processed on Monday of the following week. Once your order is received with payment online, please allow 5 - 7 business days for shipping on standard orders once your order has been processed. For expedited, 2 - 3 business days and for international, 7 - 14 business days.
